AI Council of the Arts

The AI Council of the Arts

The AI Council of the Arts is an platform I founded to ensure that artists have a voice in the rapidly evolving AI landscape. As artificial intelligence reshapes our world and the creative industries, I believe it is crucial that the voice of the artists is heard and they are actively represented—not only to protect our work but also to shape the future of art and technology.

As I explored and delved deeper into the world of AI and attended various seminars on AI and art, I saw many politicians, scientists, lawyers, journalists, and economists discussing the future—but for me, one essential voice was missing in all these discussions:  the voice of the artist itself.

That is why, in the spring of 2024, I founded the AI Council of the Arts, calling on fellow artists and supporters to unite and create this voice together. I organized meetings, among others in the Technical Museum in Berlin, bringing together creatives, thinkers, and advocates to establish this platform.

The AI Council of the Arts invites artists, scientists, and decision-makers to collaborate in shaping a culturally and technologically enriching future—one that includes the perspective of artists.
